We are in Peru, on the same clock as New York and Miami. Calls happen during your working hours, not at midnight.

Questions clients ask
Do I need a technical person on my side?
No. We explain everything in plain language and you approve screens, not code.
What happens if I need changes during the project?
Small changes fit into the weekly cycles. Bigger ones get a written estimate before we start them.
What does the AI agent cost to run?
Building it is included in the project. Its monthly usage is part of the support plan: up to $100 per month is included, and anything above that is billed at cost, with no markup.
Can you work with my existing system?
Yes. We regularly connect new software to accounting, invoicing, CRM and other tools already in use.
How do you protect my information?
We sign an NDA before Discovery, use test data whenever possible and give access only to the people working on your project.
Where is your company registered?
Kaypi Stack is a brand of Publisher Online E.I.R.L., a company registered in Peru. Contracts and invoices are issued by that entity.
"Kaypi" means "right here" in Quechua.
